A full body group workout using bodyweight and equipment-based exercises to ensure a high work rate and guaranteed results.

Class Location: Wandsworth Common / Spencer Park

Bootcamp will suit you if you are:

  • Someone who has done PT or group training with us before and looking for an extra workout during the week
  • Someone who is currently in a fitness regime by themselves and is looking for a new group workout experience
  • Someone who has previously had a good level of fitness but has fallen off the wagon due to work or family commitments.
