I was unfit and unhealthy, with a busy lifestyle and when I saw Alex was training people on the common I signed up for sessions, hoping to improve my fitness and overall health. It was the best thing I’ve done and I now go twice a week. I’m outside, exercising and improving my mental and physical wellbeing.
